During his career, Mr. Estrada Román has served in various capacities, among them:

First Secretary, Embassy of Nicaragua in Austria (2012-2013); Third Secretary, Consulate of Nicaragua in Austria (2010-2012); Technical Attaché, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Managua, Nicaragua (2009-2010).

Mr. Estrada Román holds a Diploma of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in International Studies and an Engineer’s Degree (Ing.) from the Central University of Nicaragua in System Engineering. He speaks English, German, Spanish and French.
