The World Youth Academy is an international multi-disciplinary organization aimed at empowering young professionals by experiencing a richer education in the fields of international relations, security policy, crisis management, and management & leadership.
Our vision is to develop and empower well-rounded, confident, and responsible individuals who aspire to achieve their full potential.
We will do this by providing a welcoming, challenging, and supportive learning environment in which everyone is equal and all achievements are celebrated.
MISSION
To contribute to society through continual innovation in education, research, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
We achieve this by recruiting, developing, empowering, and educating citizens and citizen-leaders to the benefit of all.
We are an NGO based, registered and officially recognized in Vienna, Austria. We do not have any other working station or location.
As the nature of our organization is young people and as a consequence of the COVID-19’s effects, all our work, locations and programs have been adapted to be online-basis deployed.

We carefully choose our participants for each program and select those with the strongest profiles that we believe will achieve a true impact through their participation in our programs. Our goal is to boost careers and help create invaluable connections. Our programs mean innovation and we aim to inspire leaders from all over the world. That is how we can raise agents of change.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We are proud to offer scholarships to the best of the best no matter their age, race, sex, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability. We believe that there are no limits to excellence and that we can shape the future regardless of origin or socioeconomic background. Scholarships allow us to bring access to opportunities and inspiration to those leaders.
INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
By creating unique experiences, we bring together change-makers and doers from all corners of the world. The different national backgrounds of our participants and our international sites of our events allow our participants to thrive in a truly global context.
While the WYAcademy shares goals in common with the United Nations Organization, particularly education, it is a completely independent and sovereign organization made of visionaries and young changemakers from all over the world.
The WYAcademy does NOT belong to the United Nations Organization.
